Madagascar 2 is now shown at all cinemas.
It is a very interesting and funny movie.

Yesterday evening, my hubby and I bring along my 2 goddaughters go watch this movie.
This movie was shown for 90mins. Although it was short movie, it really very funny.
My 2 goddaughters like to watch this movie, they both also know how to sing this song. It really suitable for kids to watch as I know now is school holidays for all kids until end of December. I really very envy for the kids that have school holidays, I also wish to have a long holiday. How I wish to become kids again... Haiz...

HEALTH Important notice‏

少喝奶茶 ;
Reduce volume of tea;

不吃刚烤的面包;
Do not eat bread which JUST toasted;

远离充手机电源 ;
Get a distance from charger;

白天多喝水 ,晚上少喝 ;
Drink more water at the morning, less in the night;

一天不喝多于两杯咖啡;
Do not drink coffee twice a day;

少吃油多的食物 ;
Reduce volume of oily food;

最佳睡眠为晚上十点至凌晨六点;
Best sleeping time is from 10 at night to 6 at the morning;

晚上五点后少吃大餐 ;
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm;

每天喝酒不多过一杯 ;
Do not take alcohol more than a cup daily;

不用冷水服胶囊 ;
Do not take capsule with cool water;

睡前半小时服药忌立刻躺下 ;
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping;

睡眠不足八小时人会变笨 ;
8 hours lack of sleep will make a person stupid;

有午睡习惯的人不易老 ;
People who get used of napping will not get old easily;

若不能晨跑，傍晚 5点至 8点的时间是散步的好时间；
If you can't get on early morning runs, 5-8 at the afternoon is a great time for jogging;

电池剩一格时不要接电话 ,剩一格时辐射是平时的一千倍 ;
When battery left last grid, do not answer the phone. The radiation is 1000 times;

还要记得用左耳接话 ,用右耳会直接伤害到大脑 ;
Answer the phone by left ear. It'll spoil your brain directly by using right ear;

少用耳机。用一小时后就好休息你的耳朵 ;
Do not use earphone for long time. Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour.

我和爱玲(Irene How)的生日庆祝会在武吉百督卡拉ok (18/10/2008)

昨天下午2点，我们集在武吉百督的卡拉ok 庆祝我和爱玲(Irene How)的生日会。
我非常高兴，我也很感激你们帮我庆祝生日, 也谢谢你们送给我的生日礼物。

你们送给我的生日礼物，我全部都喜欢，非常的谢谢。

虽然昨天已经过了两天，但我还是很高兴。

今年我的阳历生日刚好是星期四 (16/10), 农历是星期五（九月十九日）。

这两天，我也没什么庆祝，因为公司忙，我也得加班，只是吃个晚餐，然后就回家。

Afamosa Malacca Trip on 2-4 Sept 2008

Last Tuesday (2/9/08), my family and I were going for a 3D2N Malacca trip. We went from Tuesday to Thursday. Everybody must be surprised right, how come I no work can go for holiday ma... I actually take 3 days Unpaid leave as I not a confirmation staff at new working place..

This date was not chose by me. It was chose by my younger sister as she had a week school holiday. She is a full-time teacher in primary school, that why she had holiday. At the same time, it was her boyfriend birthday so we celebrated together.

I am not sure whether it was the time for going holiday. First, my hubby was sick (having fever, flu and cough) before the trip but he still managed to go. Then followed by my younger sister's boyfriend, he maybe kena food poison, he vomited and having bad diarrhea. After that followed by me, my stomach not feeling well and also gastric at the same time. Lucky, my mum and my younger sister were healthy.

Even though we not feeling well, but we still enjoy 3 days trip.

Singapore NDP '08 NE Show at Marina Bay on Last Saturday 050708

Last Saturday (5/7/08), I went to Marina Bay to watch Singapore National Day Parade (NDP '08) even though National Day is on next month 9th of Aug. My friend who is partipating this year NDP have 2 tickets for me to watch.

Thanks my friend for letting me watch the NDP Preview Show. My last watching of NDP show was few years ago. On that day, I was very excited to watch the show again.

We were encouraged to dress in RED on that day and we needed to be seated by 4.45pm. My hubby and I were reached at 4.45pm then we go and queued up to take the goodies bag. After that, we went to look for our seat by that time was 5pm.
